Terms and Condition

1. Prices and tourist tax

The prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT.
The tourist tax is not included and amounts to Euro 1.50 per day per person; children and teenagers under. 

2. Arrival and departure

Please note that your room will be ready from 2:30 p.m.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:30 am, thank you.
Our reception is open for check-in from 2.30pm to 7pm, we remain available for any requests. 

3. Non-smoking rooms

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in the entire property. Smoking is only possible on balconies or in the garden.

4. Booking, payment and cancellation

The booking is considered final if accompanied by a credit card number to guarantee the same. No deposit will be charged. Payment for the total stay will be required at the time of departure. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI. For cancellations or changes up to 15 days before the expected arrival date, no amount is charged. Cancellations or changes up to the day of the expected arrival date are charged 100% of the cost of the first night. For cancellations or changes made after that term or non-presentation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed in our facility.
